Shipping and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, send it back. It's fairly simple. You have 14 days from date you receive your purchase to return/exchange an item.

But with that said, we must also say that RPK4.com only sells new, authentic merchandise. A returned item must be in the same condition as it was received - new. We define new as clean, unused, unmarred, with all manufacturer tags attached to the product as shipped, and any manufacturer packaging (including bags) in tact with no rips tears or other damage. There are no exceptions. Everything we sell is new.

 

Returns

All items being returned must be in the EXACT CONDITION they were received - clean, unused, unmarred in any way, with tags in tact. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

DO NOT return an item without the original tags attached and packaging unmarred. It will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

DO NOT return an item that has been worn or used. When an item is returned it will be inspected for damages and wear. If a wuestion arises it will be taken to a loacl cleaner for a secondary inspection. If it is determermined that the item has been worn or used, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

*RPK4 deals with authentic, new merchandise. Everything that leaves our warehouse is new in the manufacturer's packaging with the manufacturer's tags attached. When an item is returned it is meticulously inspected for any wear or damage and must pass inspection to be accepted as "new" in order to be returned to stock.

To return an item, simply contact customerservice@rpk4.com and obtain an RA (return authorization) number. We may ask you why your are returning simply for our records concerning the product being returned. You are under no obligation to provide a reason. Once you have obtained an RA number, prepare the item for shipment and write the RA number on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. When we receive the item, the RA number will be referenced in the system, the product will be acutely inspected for condition, and providing all terms have been met, a refund will be issued and you will receive notification via email. Refunds can only be made to the original purchase method. If the original payment method cannot be produced, store credit will be issued for use at a later date.

Exchanges

To exhange an item, simply contact customerservice@rpk4.com and obtain an RA (return authorization) number. and confirm that an exchange is possible. Once you have ordered a replacement and have obtained an RA number, prepare the item for shipment and write the RA number on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges for the exchanged item. When we receive the item, the RA number will be referenced in the system, the product will be acutely inspected for condition, and providing all terms have been met, the replacement/exchange will be boxed and shipped and you will receive notification via email.

Sale Items - Exchanges

Items purchased on sale that need to be exchanged are no problem, but free shipping does not apply to the exchanged item. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $99. Free Shipping is only available for orders shipped within the Continental US.

Shipping Policy
At rpk4.com we realize how important it is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, we strive to ship all orders received by 12PM MST the same day. If for any reason your order is delayed or backordered, you will be notified immediately. We have partnered with UPS to provide consistent, dependable, and fast shipping services out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
